Birth Doula                                                                                                             $1,800

3-5 Prenatal Visits

• One goes over your dream birth experience, talk through how you want to feel, and encourage discussion. 1-2 Hrs.

• One for anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and childbirth. 1-2 Hrs.

• One to go over relaxation, breathing, and coping techniques, and comfort measures. 1-2 Hrs.

• Other visits can be over a meal, a walk, or tea, etc. 

-Birth plan assistance to help you create a birth plan that represents you and your intentions for your birth

-Unlimited availability via call, text, or email throughout your pregnancy during daytime hours.

-On-call from thirty-seven weeks gestation

-Continuous physical and emotional labor support beginning in early active labor until you’re settled in with your baby with no additional hourly fees. 

-One postpartum follow up visit to review your birth and offer support. 

-Unlimited availability via text, call, or email up to 4 weeks postpartum during daytime hours. 

-Access to my resource classroom including: books, resources, etc. 

Postpartum                                                                                                           $2,400

*For the first 6 weeks postpartum only- Additional weeks can be added for an additional fee.

• 1 Meeting at 34/35weeks to meal prep and postpartum prep (3hr)  

• 2 weeks worth of postpartum tea provided by the doula. 

• 6 Weeks will start the day you get home from the hospital. 

• 1 Night shift within the first 3 weeks (4hrs) 

• 2 daytime visits a week for 6 weeks (not including the 1 Night). Each visit is (4 hr) long. 

• What is offered:

-Light house keeping (dishes, sweeping, vacuuming, baby laundry) 

-Lactation support (help with latch, information, resources, cleaning bottles, pumping, etc.) 

-Nurturing rest and healing for mom. Allow dad to take a break and rest. 

-Caring for baby (diapering, bathing, burping, feeding, etc.) 

-Prepare meals that we've prepared at 34/35w visit.

-Running errands to the store or going with you to run errands.
